A: All the billing is direct bill, the only time we will accept payment is the intial down payment to start the policies. Everything is EFT or direct bill. Your account manager or agent will explain your bill plan at the time of application.

A: No, a giant call center has more overhead expenses than a local representive. There is no cost savings and you talk to someone different everytime. We are the direct representives for our carriers, most of them only sell through agents.


Q: What do I do when I buy a new vehicle?

A: When you buy a new vehicle, we are ready to help you add that car to your policy. By law you have 30 days to add the vehicle to your policy. To prove you have Auto insurance to the dealership you give them a copy of your policy or ID card at the time of sale. We can also fax them your proof if needed. After you purchase the car give us a call with the type of car it is, the VIN # and lienholder or lessor company if any.

A: If it's an after hours emergency call the 24 hour claims number located on your policy or ID card. If it's not an emergency give us a call during the day , and we will give you the best advice to benefit you .
